Yes. We have a CLASS A contractor’s license issued by Virginia’s Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). Our license number is 2705 137326A. We are also fully registered with the State Corporation Commission and hold a business license with the City of Norfolk. We have full workman’s compensation, auto, and General Liability insurance. Copies of our licenses, certifications, and certificates of insurance are supplied upon request.
We offer up to a ten (10) year workmanship warranty on full replacements depending on the renovation type. Partial replacements are warrantied on a case-by-case basis. The different manufacturers offer various manufacturer warranties on their products and systems.

Warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects for all major GAF components on your roof (not just your shingles) — so you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing that, if any covered roofing component fails, it will be covered by the warranty (see ltd. warranty for complete coverage and restrictions). The warranty is available through GAF’s factory-certified contractors, and is a low-cost way to get up to 50 years of non-prorated coverage(against manufacturing defects) on your new roofing system. For the small additional cost of the System Plus ltd. warranty, this is probably the best value you can get for your investment.
